I took my wifes Malibu to this guy, and he pretty much destroyed the engine in the car. We are in the process of hiring a lawyer and suing Mr. Miles. His poor attitude, and demeanor are certainly not one of his good traits. He's kind until he has your money. Don't trust this company, this individual & his under qualified employees.

Ever since I bought my car I had touble with it. I took it up to Eagle One and spoke to Neil and he told me that his crew would look at it and figure out what was wrong. They were very kind and courteous and helpful. I have been a customer ever since they fixed every problem with my car for a great price. If anyone has any doubts about this business check their records at the Better Business Bearu or also check their reputation with the state. I did and there were no issues with anything. Obviously this guy that took his vehicle to this shop wasn't a pleasant customer. Probably giving them trouble the whole time his vehicle was in the shop probably being an asshole himself. No wonder why he got that kind of attitude. I would recommend and I DO recommend Eagle One Trans to every person i come across that has vehicle problems. They are the best around.

You would be better off doing repairs on your own than taking your vehicle to Neil Miles at Eagle One Transmission. His, and his employees lack of knowledge and experience is mind boggling. The amount of ignorance and lack of experience within his shop makes a person wonder if he is legal and if his "mechanics" truly are certified. I knew more about the vehicle and the problem than they did. Neil Miles is also a liar. He reported that my wife was happy with the repairs when she picked it up, & DROVE the vehicle home. HHHMMMM than why was my wife upset, and why do I have a tow bill from the day it was picked up. I drove the vehicle there, but it was undrivable when it left this idiots shop! WE HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED HOME!!!! He performs unauthorized repairs with a "sue me if you don't like it" attitude. He destroyed our family vehicle. The vehicle was returned unrepaired and in worse shape than when we took it to him. There were missing parts from the fuel system, and the exhaust system he was asked to repair his "mechanic" blew up. To trust Eagle One, or Miles Towing with your vehicle is just asking for more problems. I have referred this to the Better Business Bureau, and am taking him to small claims court for financial recovery. Do yourself a favor and make this the last place in HELL you would ever take your vehicle. That is unless you would like the headache that comes with these bunch of morons!
